Ufuk Can Karataşlı was born in Denizli in 2003. After completing his education at the Turkish Education Foundation Anatolian High School, he was accepted to Özyeğin University Faculty of Law with a full scholarship and is currently a fourth-year student. He is fluent in English. During his school years, he actively participated in debate clubs and won awards, contributing to his professional development. Ufuk Can Karataşlı has been working as an intern for a long time and is gaining experience in various fields, primarily Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Information Technology Law, and Contract Law.
