Attorney Ekrem Özkan Çelenk, who graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law with a merit scholarship in 2016, received his education at Boston King's Colleges during his undergraduate studies and actively participated in the Özyeğin University Law Clinics program. Throughout his career, he has worked in various law firms, handling litigation and providing legal consultancy in the fields of Corporate Law, Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law. He has gained extensive experience, particularly in company articles of association amendments, general assembly meetings and annulment lawsuits, minority shareholder rights, trade receivables cases, contract drafting, and mediation negotiations. Çelenk also serves as a legal consultant within a leading holding company in Türkiye; he plays an active role in preparing legal opinions, following litigation processes, and controlling and managing externally obtained legal services. Holding certificates in Human Rights Law, Property Law, Liability Law, and Urban-Environmental Law, Çelenk is also a member of the International Leo Clubs. He is fluent in written and spoken English.
