Attorney Cavit Sayhan, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019, began his professional career registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has specialized particularly in Commercial, Tax, and Corporate Law. Combining his field experience gained in various law firms since his university years with successful litigation practice and corporate consulting processes, Sayhan's areas of expertise encompass Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Tax Law. Within this framework, he provides legal consultancy in critical tax processes such as managing company formations and general assembly processes, as well as tax audits, audit monitoring, VAT, corporate tax, income tax, and withholding tax disputes. He also possesses extensive experience in developing defense strategies against fraudulent/fictitious invoice allegations, restructuring tax debts, and conducting tax risk analyses for companies.
Providing strategic tax consultancy in company mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring processes, Sayhan represents clients in administrative fines, tax compliance, and defense processes related to allegations of tax crimes/evasion.
