Attorney Caner Pekcan, a member of the Turkish Bar Association and the Istanbul Bar Association since 2014, completed his undergraduate studies at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law and subsequently graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a Master's degree in Business Law (LL.M.) with a thesis on "Protection of Personal Data in Human Resources Processes". His professional work focuses primarily on E-Commerce Law, Trademark Law, Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Law, Labor Law, Commercial Contracts Law, Criminal Law, Sports and Entertainment Law, and preventive law from an employer's representation perspective. Specializing in commercial dispute resolution, corporate law, enforcement law, and international trade law, Pekcan works closely with IT teams and serves as an attorney and author in Personal Data Protection, Cyber Security, and E-Commerce Law compliance processes and training programs. In addition to representing clients in first instance and appellate courts, he also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation). Preparing and coordinating compliance projects, providing legal opinions, and organizing training programs are among the main services offered. Caner Pekcan, who is part of Pekcan Tax&Law, is a member of TÜGİAD (Environment and Energy Commission), Bursaspor Football Club Association, HASMED (Kadir Has University Alumni Association), and Istanbul Bilgi University Alumni Association. He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
