Attorney Alper Pekcan, who graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2015, is currently preparing his master's thesis on "Interim Legal Protection Measures" in the Department of Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. He has continued his career as an attorney and managing attorney in various law firms, and since 2019 has been working as a partner attorney. His work focuses primarily on Commercial Dispute Resolution, Labor Law, Personal Data Protection Law, and Transportation Law. In addition to commercial and contract law, he also provides support to clients in international debt collection. He is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution methods, litigation, consultancy, contract drafting, and negotiation processes. Since 2023, he has also served as a Specialist Mediator in the field of Labor and Commercial Law. Pekcan, who is also a Board Member of TÜGİAD Bursa Branch, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
